How to make a trip reservation with Cultural Treks?
Please send a deposit 25% of the total cost in US $ per person for each tour, trek or expedition, together with your singled booking form, to Cultural Treks & Expedition. We will then confirm availability of your tour or trek in writing and forward all relevant and your final trip information.
Payment
- An advance of 25% is required when booking the tour, trekking, Peak climbing or expeditions trip, to be paid 30 days before departure.
- The remaining balance has to be paid in Kathmandu at our office on your upon arrival or before departure to your trip.
