Dolpo is located inside the Shy–Phoksundo National Park of mid–western part of Nepal, behind the Dhaulagiri massif, towards the Tibetan Plateau.  Cut off by a series of very high passes, closed by snow most of the year, Dolpo area remains a truly isolated corner of Nepal.  Time has stood still here for centuries as the inhabitants of Tibetan stock continue to live, cultivate and trade way they have done since time immemorial. Trekking to Lower Dolpo proffers you the remarkable and worthwhile experience of lifetime. The noteworthy figure seen here are immaculate snowy peaks, ancient and isolated villages, rich wildlife, reliable Buddhist monastery and wonderful lakes. The people of this area are simple and warm-hearted with enthralling culture and traditions. The cultural traditions of this area are basically linked with Tibetan.

The finally preserved Eco–system encompasses a wild and wonderful variety of plants and wildlife, including the blue sheep and leopard. A trek through Dolpa is an experience not easily forgotten. Outline Trekking Itinerary: A Juphal - Juphal

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu, preparation and briefing about trek at evening.
Day 03: Flight/Drive from Kathmandu – Nepalgunj (150m) then transfer at Hotel.
Day 04: Flight to Juphal (2,475m) then trek to Dunai (2,140m) O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 05: Dunai – Khani Gaon, visit Chhedhul Gompa - Laina Odar (Lahini - 3,370m) O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 06: Laina Odar – Ghyamgar (3,755m) O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 07: Ghyamgar – Dho Tarap Gaon (Dho Valley - 3,944m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 08: Rest day for visit Rombomba School, Mikim Gompa, Ship Chhok Valley. O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 09: Dho Tarap – Numala Base Camp (4,440m) above Takyu Town). O/N at Camping.
Day 10: Numala Base Camp – Numala-La Pass (5,309m) – Danigar (4,512m). O/N at Camping.
Day 11: Danigar – Bagala-La Pass (5,169m) – Ringmo Village (Phoksundo Lake - 3,641m) O/N at T. Lodge/Camp.
Day 12: Rest day for exploration of the Shey Phoksundo Lake surrounding area. O/N at T. Lodge/Camping.
Day 13: Ringmo Village – Chhepka Village (Shepka - 2,838m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge.
Day 14: Chhepka – Dunai – Juphal airport and transfer to Lodge/Hotel. 
Day 15: Flight from Juphal – Nepalgunj then transfers to Hotel.
Day 16: Flight/Drive from Nepalgunj – Kathmandu then transfer at Hotel.
Day 17: Kathmandu free for shopping and farewell dinner at evening.
Day 18: Last minute, transfer to Airport for onward journey. Final Departure.

Day 10: Kagmara Base Camp – Kagmara La Pass (5,115m) - Kagmara Phedi (3,500m). O/N at Camping
Day 11: Kagmara Phedi – Hurikot (2,890m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 12: Hurikot – Chaurikot (3,060m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
Day 13: Chaurikot - Chotra (3,380m). O/N at Teahouse Lodge/Camping.
